ONLINE RETURNS

For online purchases, we honor the same 100% Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee and 14-Day Return Policy. Before purchasing your item(s), please view all images carefully and read the description. We provide a variety of images and point out any characteristics of our offerings to validate condition, size, color, and other specifics that should be considered when making a decision to purchase. Should you wish to return, you must do so within 14 days from the date you receive your item, based upon shipment tracking information. The item(s) must be returned in the same condition as it was purchased and accompanied by the original receipt, tag, and any other materials received with shipment. Items may be returned in-store or by mail.

The customer is encouraged to ensure the return package, as Sceptre & Sash is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please mail your return via USPS, UPS, or FedEx to Sceptre & Sash, 1528 E. Champlain Drive, #103, Fresno, CA 93720. All items are subject to inspection and verification for condition and authenticity upon return receipt. The return will be refunded to the method used to make the purchase. The typical return credit may take up to 10 business days to post, subject to the rules of the purchaser’s credit card or financial institution.
